Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply order through our website, visit us in-store, or contact us if you need assistance. Once your order has been placed you'll receive an order confirmation by email.
I haven't received my order confirmation.
Please check your junk/spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us as soon as possible so we can check your order.
Can I amend my order?
If your order hasn't entered production, we'll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can usually be cancelled before production begins. Once personalised or custom items have entered production, they cannot normally be cancelled.
Delivery & Turnaround
How long does my order take?
Most standard embroidered or printed orders are completed within approximately 14 working days.
Please note this is a guide rather than a guarantee. During busy periods such as schoolwear season, turnaround times may be longer.
It's been 14 working days. Where's my order?
We kindly ask customers to allow up to 20 working days before requesting an update.
This allows our production team to focus on completing orders as quickly as possible.
How will I know my order is ready?
You'll receive an email (and where possible, a text message) when your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Simply select collection when ordering and we'll let you know once it's ready.
Do you ship throughout the UK?
Yes! We dispatch orders across the UK.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, on selected products. Please contact us if you're ordering from outside the UK.
Personalised Items
Can I return personalised clothing?
Unfortunately not.
As personalised garments are made specifically for you, they cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or we've made an error.
What if I've ordered the wrong size?
Please check size guides carefully before ordering.
If you're unsure, we'd recommend visiting us in-store where our team can help you choose the correct size before ordering.
Can I bring my own clothing for printing or embroidery?
Yes!
Our Bring Your Own Garment (BYOG) service allows you to bring or send your own garments for decoration.
Perfect for hoodies, polo shirts, workwear, sportswear and much more.
Schoolwear
Do you keep school uniforms in stock?
Some items are available immediately, while others are made to order.
Availability varies depending on the school and product.
How long do schoolwear orders take?
During quieter periods around 14 working days.
During the summer schoolwear season, turnaround times can be considerably longer due to demand.
Can I try items on?
Absolutely.
We always recommend visiting us in-store if you're unsure on sizing.
Can I order school badges for clothing I've already bought?
Yes.
We can usually embroider school badges onto suitable garments, even if you purchased them elsewhere.
Please contact us first to discuss suitability.
Dancewear
Do you stock dance shoes?
Yes.
We stock a wide range of dance shoes including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical and more.
Can I order custom dance uniforms?
Yes.
We design and manufacture bespoke dance uniforms for schools and academies throughout the UK.
Can dancers try uniforms on?
Yes.
We can help with sizing in-store and also arrange fitting appointments where required.
Workwear & Business Clothing
Can you embroider my company logo?
Yes.
We offer professional embroidery and print for businesses of all sizes.
Can I supply my own garments?
Absolutely.
Our BYOG service is ideal if you've already purchased clothing elsewhere.
Do you offer printed workwear?
Yes.
We offer embroidery, DTF printing, vinyl printing and other decoration methods depending on the garment and design.
Clubs & Teams
Can you create a team shop for our club?
Yes.
We can create your own online club shop, allowing members to order directly whenever they need to.
Can you design our uniforms?
Definitely.
From initial concepts to finished garments, we can help create completely bespoke teamwear.
Is there a minimum order?
This depends on the product.
Many decorated garments can be ordered individually, while bespoke manufactured products usually have minimum quantities.
Artwork & Design
Can you create a logo for me?
Yes.
Our design team can help create logos, artwork and branding suitable for print and embroidery.
Will you check my artwork?
Absolutely.
We'll always advise if your artwork needs improving before production.
Can you match our brand colours?
In most cases, yes.
We'll work to match your colours as closely as possible depending on the decoration method.
Returns & Problems
My item is faulty.
Please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order number.
We'll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
My parcel hasn't arrived.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately.
We'll assist with the courier investigation wherever possible.
I've received the wrong item.
We're sorry!
Please contact us and we'll arrange to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major debit and credit cards, along with other payment methods available during online checkout.
Can schools or businesses pay by invoice?
Yes.
Approved schools, clubs and businesses can arrange invoice accounts.
